This Refund and Cancellation Policy (“Policy”) governs all subscription payments, renewals, and refund requests related to services administered or billed by NexaCore Marketing Agency (“NexaCore Marketing”, “NexaCore, LLC”, “we,” “our,” or “us”).
NexaCore provides marketing, visibility, and promotional management services for a range of online and offline business platforms, including but not limited to third-party listing networks, affiliate directories, and subscription-based promotional programs (collectively, “Partner Platforms”).
By completing a purchase or subscription managed by NexaCore, you (“Customer,” “you,” or “your”) agree to this Policy.
1. Overview
At NexaCore, our mission is to help brands grow through data-driven marketing, strategic visibility, and powerful storytelling. We partner with businesses across a wide range of industries to deliver content, lead generation, affiliate marketing, and promotional management services that drive awareness, engagement, and measurable results.
As part of our services, NexaCore may act as a billing and subscription management provider for various Partner Platforms, networks, or campaigns. These may include—but are not limited to—subscription-based business listings, affiliate programs, digital advertising placements, or branded content campaigns.
In these arrangements, NexaCore handles payment processing, renewals, subscription administration, and customer billing support through secure systems such as Stripe or other approved payment processors.
All financial transactions, renewals, and refund requests for subscriptions administered by NexaCore are governed by this Policy unless otherwise specified in a Partner Platform’s own terms.
2. Subscription Terms
NexaCore manages a variety of marketing and promotional subscriptions, including those tied to content marketing programs, business directory listings, affiliate network placements, and lead generation campaigns.
Subscription terms vary depending on the specific service or Partner Platform but generally follow the guidelines below:
- Subscriptions may be offered on a monthly, annual, or custom-term basis.
- Unless otherwise stated at checkout, subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle at the then-current rate.
- Upon successful payment, customers typically receive onboarding materials, setup instructions, or submission links to provide required business or campaign information.
- Service activation, publication, or campaign launch begins once payment has been confirmed and any necessary materials, assets, or verification steps have been completed.
- By purchasing or renewing a subscription managed by NexaCore, you acknowledge and agree to the terms and billing practices described in this Policy.
3. Billing and Merchant of Record
NexaCore or its designated payment processor acts as the merchant of record for subscription transactions.
Payments are securely processed through third-party billing platforms (e.g., Stripe, PayPal, or equivalent), and charges may appear on your billing statement as “NexaCore”, “NexaCore Marketing Agency”, “[Partner Name] NexaCore”, or similar identifiers.

4. Cancellations
To avoid renewal charges, customers must request cancellation prior to the next renewal date as shown on their invoice or subscription confirmation.
- Monthly subscriptions: Must be canceled at least 3 business days before the next billing date.
- Annual or multi-term subscriptions: Must be canceled before the renewal date to prevent automatic renewal for the following term.
Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
Because most marketing, listing, or advertising benefits are delivered continuously during the subscription term, cancellation does not automatically entitle you to a refund for the active term.
5. Refunds and Proration
5.1 Standard Policy
NexaCore’s refund policy follows industry norms for digital marketing and subscription-based services:
- Monthly subscriptions: Non-refundable once the billing cycle has begun.
- Annual or prepaid subscriptions: Refunds may be considered within 7 calendar days of the original purchase date, provided that service activation, publication, or campaign launch has not yet occurred.
- Once the purchased service, listing, or promotional placement has been activated, the transaction becomes final for that term.
5.2 Exceptions
Partial or full refunds may be granted at NexaCore’s discretion under limited conditions, such as:
- Duplicate or accidental charges.
- Technical or billing errors caused by NexaCore or its payment processor.
- Failure to initiate service or listing activation within a reasonable timeframe (typically 10 business days) due to internal delays.
5.3 Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued for:
- Completed service activations, live listings, or fulfilled campaign placements.
- Partially used subscription periods.
- Account termination or suspension caused by a customer’s non-compliance with applicable laws, platform terms, or marketing guidelines.
6. Chargebacks and Disputes
Customers agree to first contact NexaCore to attempt a good-faith resolution before filing a chargeback or payment dispute.
Unauthorized chargebacks may result in:
- Temporary or permanent suspension of associated accounts or listings.
- Forfeiture of discounts, credits, or future eligibility for NexaCore-managed services.
All chargeback outcomes are subject to the policies of the payment processor (e.g., Stripe or PayPal).
Certain NexaCore services are delivered through or in conjunction with external Partner Platforms, business directories, or advertising networks.
- NexaCore remains the merchant of record and primary administrator for your subscription and billing.
- Each Partner Platform may have its own publication or advertising guidelines that you must follow.
- NexaCore reserves the right to modify, suspend, or remove any listing or advertisement that violates applicable law, Partner Platform policy, or internal marketing standards.
- Such removals do not entitle you to a refund for the active subscription term.
7. Compliance and Verification
Where applicable, NexaCore or its Partner Platforms may require verification of a business’s legitimacy, licensing status, or compliance with state or federal laws – particularly in regulated industries.
If verification fails or compliance is revoked, NexaCore reserves the right to suspend or remove associated listings or campaigns without refund, subject to the discretion described in Section 5.2.
8. Service Delivery
Most services begin within 3–5 business days after:
- Payment confirmation,
- Submission of complete information or assets, and
- Successful verification (if applicable).
Delays resulting from incomplete submissions, verification issues, or customer non-responsiveness do not automatically qualify for a refund.
9. Marketing and Content Compliance
All marketing materials managed through NexaCore must comply with:
- Federal Trade Commission (FTC) advertising standards;
- State and local marketing laws;
- Industry-specific restrictions (including cannabis and hemp advertising rules, where applicable).
NexaCore reserves the right to reject or remove any content that violates applicable law or partner editorial guidelines. No refund will be provided in such cases.
10. How to Request a Refund or Cancellation

NexaCore reserves the right to modify or update this Policy at any time. Updates become effective upon posting on NexaCore’s website or within the applicable Partner Platform checkout flow.
Continued use of services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
